Reporting directly to the Manager of Resident Services, this temporary part time role involves developing and facilitating therapeutic recreation activities for long-term care residents. You will assess recent residents and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance their daily living quality through individual and group programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and facilitate recreation programs for residents
Conduct assessments for individualized care plans




Maintain quarterly updates for resident care plans
Participate in team communication and care conferences
Accompany residents on community outings

Requirements:
Two-year diploma or degree in a related field
Over one year of experience in long-term care
Valid Class ‘G’ Driver’s License
Ability to work flexible evening and weekend shifts
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
