You will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on the holistic recovery of clients in the Community-Based Stabilization Unit. Key tasks include food preparation, housekeeping, and engaging with clients for verbal support. Flexibility to work twelve-hour shifts on weekends is essential. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee clients’ daily living activities
Prepare meals and maintain facility cleanliness
Engage clients individually or in groups
Supply community resources and conduct follow-ups
Provide mental health education for clients Requirements:
Approved Personal Support Worker Program completion
CPR certification required
Prior experience working with mental illness is a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently
