We’re Hiring an Experienced Server for Fanny Bay Oyster Bar. We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and hospitality-minded server to join our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience from greeting to farewell.

What You’ll Do
Provide warm, attentive, and professional service throughout the guest experience
Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming first impression
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Demonstrate strong knowledge of our menu, seafood, oysters, and beverage offerings
Make thoughtful recommendations based on guests’ preferences
Proactively upsell food and beverage items whenever appropriate, including appetizers, oysters, premium selections, desserts, and beverages
Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through additional menu and beverage offerings
Deliver food and drinks efficiently and professionally
Check in with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met
Address guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team




Support your teammates and contribute to a positive work setting
Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server in a full-service or seafood restaurant
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Positive attitude and robust teamwork
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong sales skills and confidence in making recommendations and upselling
Flexible and open availability is considered an asset.
Valid Serving It Right certification required
Previous oyster bar or seafood service experience is considered an asset
