In this full time, in office role, you will ensure optimal capacity for shipments across North America. Your insights will drive cost-effective service solutions while working closely with the Director of Capacity. You’ll be integral in bolstering operational efficiencies through robust collaboration with internal teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the capacity management team
Assess daily load volumes and carrier options
Support load planning with key carrier partnerships
Evaluate and improve carrier performance
Collaborate across functions for effective load execution
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in logistics/transportation
Familiarity with transportation management systems
Robust organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Excel and logistics software
Willingness to work on Canadian holidays intermittently
