About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day customer operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a quick-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Process customer orders, quotations, and order confirmations accurately.
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance to ensure customer requirements are met.
Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and supporting customer documentation.
Monitor order status, inventory, and delivery timelines while providing proactive updates.
Resolve customer inquiries, shortages, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.
Maintain accurate customer records and support
