Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand market presence. Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve business objectives. Identify new business opportunities and build robust, long-term customer relationships. Support pricing strategies, tenders, and sales forecasting activities. Monitor financial and operational performance, including margins, expenses, and administrative processes. Ensure the productive operation of branch activities, including inventory oversight and collaboration across departments. Represent ABTECH at industry events, networking activities, and customer meetings. QUALIFICATIONS
3 to 5 years of experience in sales leadership or sales management.
Proven success in B2B sales, business development, and team management. Experience selling technical or technology-based products and solutions. Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Results-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the construction, geomatics, or surveying industry is an asset. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
