Join S.U.C.C.E.S.S. as a Full time Employment Counsellor, helping diverse individuals achieve their employment goals. This floater position covers various WorkBC Centres in the Greater Vancouver Area.
This permanent role is ideal for a committed qualified with a background in Social Services, focusing on employment counselling and community integration. You will develop tailored plans, engage clients in meaningful ways, and effectively monitor their progress across multiple locations.
Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing self-sufficiency and job sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively recruit clients for employment programs
Perform detailed needs assessments through structured interviews
Create personalized action plans based on client needs
Review and update action plans regularly
Ensure client success in achieving employment
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or related field
Experience in developing action plans and assessments
Ability to manage client data effectively
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with WorkBC programs is an asset
