Coordinate ambulance requests across the service area
Dispatch and manage requests for emergency services
Communicate with the Flight Team regarding air ambulance logistics
Ensure accurate logging of information amidst high volumes
Adapt to changing priorities in emergency situations Requirements:
Current Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) certificate
Basic and advanced life support certifications
Medical terminology coursework completion
Excellent Windows computing skills
