Your main duties will include managing service tickets, providing first-level technical support for the Provincial Public Safety Telecommunications Network, and maintaining accurate data within agency systems. You'll communicate with clients regarding outages and enhancements, ensuring a seamless support system. Key Responsibilities:
Help develop a comprehensive tiered helpdesk support structure
Process and prioritize incoming trouble tickets
Maintain and update data in agency management systems
Monitor and report on PPSTN Radio towers' status
Create and revise documentation for system support Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent necessary
Typing speed of 35 words per minute or more
Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite tools
Advanced capabilities in computer operations
