Key Responsibilities:



- Understand and document detailed business requirements - Create creative solutions that meet user needs - Support project implementation as a data specialist - Guide and mentor team members throughout project phases - Prepare solution design documents for stakeholder review
Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar area - At least 3 years in a Business Analyst role - Experience with TopTeam and Microsoft tools - Understanding of Agile practices is beneficial - Previous experience in financial services is preferred
