We are building more than 20 Arctic and Offshore Patrol Ships and River‑Class Destroyers as part of Canada’s largest and most complex shipbuilding initiative. If you’re curious and motivated by a fast‑moving workplace and want to contribute to building ships with state‑of‑the‑art naval technology, this opportunity is for you.In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, managing a portfolio of IT implementation projects and enhancements, and partnering closely with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working. The position requires full‑time on‑site presence.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, developing an understanding of operational priorities, challenges, and opportunitiesFacilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify, define, and document business problems and desired outcomes before determining solution optionsLead the delivery of IT implementation projects and enhancements through all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expected benefitsManage project scope, schedule, budget, resources,
risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to support successful outcomesImplement projects using established project management methodologies, developing and maintaining project plans, stage gates, deliverables, and governance processes to ensure successful deliveryIdentify opportunities to improve business processes, systems, reporting, and automation capabilities, translating ideas into actionable initiatives and enhancementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of project management and IT experience with demonstrated career progressionProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent designationStrong relationship‑building, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex business problems, and drive decisions to completionExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDecision‑making capability with sound judgment and analytical supportMust meet Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
