At Centenary Site, SHN is looking for a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to assess and implement nursing care. You will work with patients recovering from surgeries, managing chronic illnesses, and facing complex conditions like dementia.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess and plan nursing care for diverse patient groups
Evaluate care practices within a multidisciplinary team
Provide post-surgical, cardiac, and stroke patient care
Ensure effective communication with patients and families
Participate in safety programs and regular in-service education

Requirements:
Current certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Experience in adult medical/surgical nursing
Robust organizational and communication skills
Gerontology and rehabilitation course completion
