Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Material, this supervisory role focuses on managing warehouse staff and optimizing processes in HIA facilities for CH149. Ideal candidates will bring at least ten years of aerospace experience, including five in a managerial capacity.

You will implement best practices in Lean Warehousing and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while enhancing individual performance as a mentor.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of inventory
Manage staffing and workload distribution daily




Provide support and guidance to warehouse staff
Ensure inventory accuracy and effective stock control
Maintain safety and operational standards consistently

Requirements:
Grade twelve diploma; degree preferred
Ten years of aerospace experience, 5 years in management
Eligible for Canadian Controlled Goods Program
Proficient in inventory management systems
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
