GFL Environmental is looking for Certified Heavy Duty Equipment Technicians to join our team in Coquitlam, BC!

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, day shift

In this role, you'll be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of our fleet of trucks and heavy-duty equipment. You'll ensure our vehicles are protected, reliable, and ready to serve the community each day.

Cross Training prospects

Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel, CNG, gas, and electric trucks, as well as related heavy-duty equipment




Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document findings
Assist with reviewing mechanical write-ups and scheduling repairs
Red Seal Certification as a Heavy Duty Mechanic (required)
Minimum 1 year of post-certification experience (asset if more)
