You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing critical assistance with personal care tasks. Other key responsibilities involve monitoring clients and ensuring their setting remains secure and clean.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and feeding
Observe and report changes in client conditions
Answer call bells and alarms in a timely manner
Operate equipment to ensure client mobility and safety
Maintain cleanliness throughout client care areas

Requirements:
Graduation from a recognized Health Care Assistant Program
Eligible for registration with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical ability to fulfill the job duties
Organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently
