As a Spare Rail Traffic Controller, you will report to the Manager of Rail Traffic Control and be guaranteed 80 hours bi-weekly. Your role will include maintaining communication with crews, adhering to safety regulations, and managing operational records. Successful candidates will need a strong work ethic and an ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safe movement of trains and on-track equipment
Maintain compliance with Canadian Rail Operating Rules
Document and report incidents accurately
