Your responsibilities include using the AEO Selling Model to connect with guests, sharing product knowledge, and promoting the AEO loyalty program. Team collaboration and a commitment to AEO's values are essential in this energetic retail role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels
• Flexibly assist in Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
• Resolve guest concerns positively and according to policy
Requirements:
• Passion for AE and Aerie brands
• Retail experience preferred, multitasking abilities
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• At least 16 years old
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
