This full time position reports to the Field Manager, with responsibility for partnering with local growers to improve production quality. You'll conduct regular crop inspections, manage food safety initiatives, and leverage data to support decision-making. The role's emphasis on collaboration aims to foster sustainable farming practices in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish strong partnerships with potato growers
• Conduct inspections for crop health and safety compliance
• Support implementation of food safety initiatives
• Collect and analyze data on crop production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for improvements
Requirements:
• Associate degree or related agricultural experience
• 1-3 years in agronomy or food production
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Experienced with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Valid driver’s license for regional travel
