and consistently delivering top-tier talent solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily extrusion production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targetsLead, coach, and develop hourly production employees in a high-volume manufacturing environmentMonitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including throughput, scrap, downtime, and labour efficiencyEnsure adherence to standardized work, operating procedures, and safety requirementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives, including waste reduction and process optimizationCoordinate production schedules and staffing to meet customer demand and plant objectivesTroubleshoot production issues and escalate technical concerns as requiredCollaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve operational challengesMaintain accurate production reporting and shift communicationSupport cross-functional or cross-departmental operations when requiredQualifications5+ years of supervisory experience in a busy manufacturing environment Experience in Automotive Industry Demonstrated leadership in large-scale manufacturing operations (Tier-1/Tier-2 or comparable)Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs and performance managementExperience with continuous improvement / lean manufacturing principlesProven ability to lead teams on rotating or continental shiftsStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability production environmentMust be able to work the Continental rotating shift: 6:30 a.M. / 6:30 p.M.ACCU-STAFF has an accommodation process in place and provides accommodations for employees with disabilities.
