This role requires you to respond to customer service requests effectively, perform accurate re-measures, and conduct installations. You will need exceptional technical knowledge and solid problem-solving abilities. Regular interaction with clients ensures service quality and fosters lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve customer service tickets efficiently
• Document service findings clearly and thoroughly
• Provide professional explanations of service processes to clients




• Execute window and door installations according to safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members for effective problem resolution
Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience in related installation fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Ontario G Class Driver's Licence with a clean record
• Ability to travel throughout Ontario for service needs
• Strong organizational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
