UHN is seeking a highly-skilled Research Technician to support research projects in cancer epigenomics. This full-time temporary position requires a blend of wet-lab techniques and a solid foundation in molecular biology. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and optimize functional genomics experiments
• Perform sequencing-based assays and chromatin assays
• Prepare libraries for next-generation sequencing
• Work with cancer patient-derived organoids
• Maintain detailed laboratory documentation and records
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant research experience
• Solid expertise in molecular biology techniques
• Familiarity with 3D genome mapping processes
• Strong communication skills in a collaborative setting
