Blue Mountain is seeking Snowboard Instructors dedicated to providing exceptional lessons and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering organized and engaging lessons while adhering to current ski school guidelines. Collaborate with your team to maintain a fun and safe environment for all guests and take advantage of training opportunities available during the season.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct professional snowboard lessons for all ages • Update lesson materials and share best practices • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests • Comply with health and safety protocols • Support the Supervisor in guest interactions
Requirements: • Level 1 C.A.S.I. or C.S.I.A. certification required • Experience in instructing preferred • Ability to engage with small children • Open to adaptable scheduling, including holidays • Vulnerable Sector Check required for applicants 18+
