Role Description The Automotive Technician role is a contract, remote position that supports mobile auto services at customer locations. In this role, the technician performs day-to-day tasks such as oil changes, routine inspections, tire-related services, and general vehicle maintenance according to company standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include diagnosing basic issues, completing maintenance and minor repairs, documenting work performed, and communicating clearly with customers about services and recommended follow-up.



The technician will travel to customer addresses as scheduled, maintain a clean and organized work area in and around the service vehicle, and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly used and maintained.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and routine Oil Changes, with the ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Experience in Automotive Repair and Maintenance & Repair, including basic diagnostics and minor mechanical work.
- Knowledge of Suspension systems and related components, with the ability to identify wear or safety concerns.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and comfort working independently at various customer locations.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety and quality service.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
- Formal automotive training, certification, or apprenticeship experience is an asset.
