The Paint Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary point of contact for contractors and retail customers at Bee Green’s Paint Center. Requirements
Previous experience in retail, paint supply, construction supply, or a related customer service role preferred At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Comfortable learning product knowledge and providing application guidance Basic computer proficiency, and able to use the company’s point of sale software, Epicor Biztrack. Physically able to work the majority of your shift standing, and ability to lift, push and pull products up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
