Job Description Summary

As the Senior Corporate Communications Associate, you will be a driving force behind effective internal communications, partnering with teams across the organization to bring communication strategies to life. In this role, you will collaborate with internal clients to craft, refine, and elevate written and digital content, ensuring messages are clear, compelling and aligned with STEMCELL’s organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the corporate intranet: coordinate content updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive ongoing platform improvements.
• Support the publication of key communications programs and bulletins, ensuring copy accuracy and alignment with corporate standards.
• Support corporate campaigns by developing high-quality communication materials, including scripts, emails, articles, and digital content.
• Analyze and report on communication metrics to evaluate impact and performance.

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline with 2-4 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education,
  
  
  
  training and experience in the life sciences considered an asset.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills with the ability to develop communications for a variety of channels and audiences.
• Solid technical writing and copyediting skills, combined with proven experience and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong independent task‑ and project‑management skills, including the ability to respond to shifting priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this job ranges from $72,700.00 to $98,300.00. STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within that range based on experience, education, job‑related skills, and equity within the team or organization. In addition to base salary, a comprehensive total rewards package is offered, including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
