This role bridges site work and administration - conducting inspections and monitoring progress on site, preparing estimates and scopes of work, and serving as a point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and adjusters. On larger or more complex files, the Associate Project Manager supports the Senior Project Manager with estimating, documentation, and coordination. The position is a development track toward full Project Manager responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesFile ManagementIndependently manage a portfolio of smaller, lower-complexity and lower-value files from initial inspection through completionTake ownership of assigned files, including scoping, scheduling, coordination, documentation, and closeoutEscalate complex, high-value, or contentious files to the Senior Project Manager as requiredSupport the Senior Project Manager on larger and more complex files with estimating, documentation, and coordinationUse approved AI and automation tools to improve efficiency in estimating, documentation, and communication,
