About the Role As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for: Draft various Court and legal documents related to applications, affidavits, separation agreements, domestic contracts, motion materials, minutes of settlement, continuing records, conference briefs and orders Draft various correspondence to the Court, opposing counsel and external parties Draft charts summarizing support payments and extraordinary expenses Review and summarize disclosures received from clients, opposing counsel and external parties Prepare Financial and Net Family Property statements Trial management -trial scheduling endorsement forms, witness will-say statements, service and attendance, trial records,



and evidence briefs Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, various court trial coordinators and other external parties as required The Offer This firm offers competitive compensation ($60,000 - $100,000), extended benefits, complex work, career growth, mentorship, workshops, and a respectful and diverse workplace.
