In this full time position, you will work closely with horses, supporting the Rider Development and Equine-Facilitated Wellness initiatives. Combining independent and team tasks, your horse-handling experience will enhance our students' equestrian journey while maintaining operational excellence within the facility.

Key Responsibilities: • Care for horses through feeding, grooming, and stall upkeep • Safely manage horse movements within the facility • Assist with program setups, delivery, and clean-up • Monitor equine health and report changes in behavior • Perform basic facility maintenance and repairs

Requirements: • Experience in equine environments, particularly with 30+ horses • Proficiency in equine safety practices • Reliable and solutions-focused mindset • Access to a mobile phone for communication • Comfortable handling manual tasks consistently
