Key Responsibilities:



• Assess and create treatment plans for Chemical Dependency patients • Implement individual and group counselling sessions • Manage crisis situations and provide psychoeducation • Foster relationships with community resources for better patient outcomes • Collaborate with team members on program development

Requirements: • Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program • At least two years of mental health or addiction experience • Active membership with Ontario relevant associations • Training in CBT and DBT required • Excellent interpersonal and crisis management skills
