BI opportunities

Area: Vancouver

We are a small, independent intervention group looking for more BIs to join existing intervention teams working with children ages 3-6 years old. Some experience would be an asset but not required and training as well as ongoing mentoring is included. Applicants should be somewhat familiar with early childhood and should be able to combine intervention skills with positive old-fashioned fun and excitement!

Position responsibilities

- Provide two or more one-on-one sessions with the child receiving intervention
- Data collection as well as log book submissions daily
- Shadows with Senior BI or BCBA consultant one or more times per month
- Attend team meetings either in person or virtually once every 2-3 weeks




- Video sessions for BCBA supervisor review and discussion for the purpose of maintaining the integrity of implementation as well as for assessing the suitability of each program for the learner

This position is mainly home based although may take the applicant into community programs. BCBA supervision is most definitely a possibility and should be discussed with the BCBA consultant as soon as possible.
