Richmond Kings Nursery School Inc. is a non-profit, charitable, licensed nursery school located in Winnipeg.

We offer both morning and afternoon programs, with sessions running from 9:00–11:15 a.m. and 1:00–3:15 p.m.

Position: Inclusion Support Child Care Assistant

Location: Richmond Kings Nursery School, Winnipeg

Hours: Part-time up to 20 hours per week; schedule to be determined

Start Date: September 2026

Responsibilities Include

- Providing individualized support to a child within the classroom
- Supporting participation in classroom routines, activities, and play
- Encouraging social interaction and positive relationships with peers
- Assisting with transitions and daily routines
- Working collaboratively with the classroom teacher and support team
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive setting

Requirements





- Recognized 40-hour course
- Minimum of two year's experience as a Child Care Assistant or relevant role with demonstrated ability to deliver programs
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Clear and current Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (within the last 3 months)
- Clear and current Child Abuse Registry Check (within the last 3 months)
- Commit to kids training
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
