Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC

“By dramatically expanding access to electric vehicle charging, we’ll help make it easier to choose a car that cuts pollution and saves families money every time they get behind the wheel,” said Adrian Dix, Minister of Energy and Climate Solutions.

We operate greater than 900 ports at 190 locations across the province, approximately 80 per cent of which are DC fast chargers. We plan to expand our network to 3,500 ports by 2035.

To support the EV Service Delivery team, we are responsible for ensuring we have the program framework and projects in place to align, prioritize, and report progress against our goal to build, maintain, and operate our world class EV charging network. To enable our team success, you will:

1.Big Rocks – work with primes of our highest priority projects to ensure key deliverables are met and reviewed with our senior leaders.





- Reporting & Governance – work with primes to align metrics and variance explanations with our team and business unit scorecard reporting sequence.
- Project Management – manage project(s) that support our strategy and program.
- Gain Experience in Personal Areas of Interest – we have opportunities for you to gain experience across our business based on your interests, including planning, design/build, operations, marketing, contract management, and information technology.

Qualifications:

To qualify as a candidate, individuals must be enrolled in and yet to graduate from a recognized post-secondary institution in Canada A passion for customer, partnership, collaboration, and creating win-win outcomes.

The ability to prioritize for impact and outcome.

An interest and/or ability to manage concurrent projects, tracking to milestones, effectively communicating, and managing risk.

A desire to summarize and present results and implications to a more senior audience.

The willingness to integrate and teach the latest technology trends for the benefit of overcoming challenges, innovation, and results.

Flexible work model role definitions:

Our four role types identify the degree of flexibility an employee could have to work from home based on the type of work they do.



The flexibility for an individual job is up to the manager for each position and the operational requirements. Employees also have the right to work full-time from the office if they prefer. All of our roles require at least some in-person time.

Field - No work from home option

Resident – Works primarily (4+ days per week) in the office.

Hybrid – May be able to work from home up to 3 days per week.

Remote – Works from home 4+ days per week
