About Andy

Andy is an AI-powered wearable being developed by Shreycos to make spoken conversations easier to follow through real-time live captions.

This is not an idea-stage project. We already have a working prototype and are now moving into customer discovery, pilot programs, partnerships and commercialization.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a business-focused Co-Founder & CEO to build Andy alongside the technical founder.

The technical side of the product—including AI, software, embedded systems, cloud architecture and prototype development—is already being led by the founder.

We need someone who can take ownership of the business side of Andy.

Your focus will include

- Customer discovery and validation
- Building and securing early pilot programs
- Business development and sales
- Strategic partnerships
- Go-to-market strategy
- Fundraising, grants and investor relationships
- Market research and product positioning
- Commercialization and manufacturing strategy
- Building the future business and team around Andy

Our immediate objective is straightforward:



get Andy into the hands of real users, learn where it creates the most value, and turn that validation into a scalable business.

Who We're Looking For

We're especially interested in someone with experience in one or more of:

- Startup/business development
- B2B sales and partnerships
- Healthcare or accessibility technology
- AI, wearables or technology products
- Fundraising and grants
- Taking early-stage products to market

You don't need to be an engineer. You do need to be comfortable talking to customers, opening doors, building relationships and turning opportunities into results.

Important

This is a co-founder opportunity, not a conventional salaried position at this stage.

The initial arrangement will be equity-focused, with ownership, responsibilities, vesting and longer-term compensation discussed with the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who wants to build Andy with us, not simply work for Andy.
