The Job at a Glance We''re looking for an engineering leader with 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in engineering leadership.
In this dynamic role, you''ll lead our exceptional, senior engineering team and collaborate with business stakeholders to build customer-facing solutions that transform the way foodservice operators run their businesses.

To Land This Opportunity You have3+ years of engineering management and team leadership, including building teams, measuring and managing performance, and implementing processes to drive continuous improvement
You have excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, including the ability to collaborate effectively around complex topics
You have experience leading day-to-day engineering best practices in collaboration with product, UX, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
You have direct experience leveraging AI tools for both AI-assisted coding and development of user-facing functionality.
This includes building agentic solutions into products and business processes.
