Position Description: Analyzes, repairs,



maintains and modifies any production and building equipment.

Essential Functions: Trouble shooting of company equipment and machinery.

Responsible for repairs of production equipment.

Modified production and machine shop equipment.

Responsible for operating machine shop equipment to close tolerances General clean up.

Follows all company policies and procedures.

Attends and participates in ongoing training.

Not limited to and including other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required: Grade 12 or acceptable experience.

On-the-job related experience required.

Skills and Physical Requirement: Employees must be both familiar and able to adhere to company safety policies and government legislation (i.e.

Occupational Health and Safety Act).

Respects individuals, the organization, authority, the community and the team.

Can work in teams.

Autonomous.

Ability to adapt.

Ability to take initiative.

Good communication skills.

Good physical condition and capable of heavy lifting.
