About the Company Our client is a well-established and highly regarded organization based in London, Ontario, with a strong reputation and longstanding presence in the local market.

We are pleased to be supporting their search for a Real Estate Law Clerk to join their team.

About the Role Lead and coordinate real estate transactions from initial due diligence through closing, including acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, leasing, and land development matters.

Prepare, review, and coordinate transactional documentation, including agreements of purchase and sale, amendments, waivers, assignments, statements of adjustment, financing documents, requisitions, and Land Titles registration materials.

Administer real estate and land development agreements throughout their lifecycle Coordinate due diligence and closing activities, including title searches, Land Registry requirements, closing checklists, execution of documents, payment and deposit tracking, and maintenance of complete and accurate transaction records.

Manage contractual obligations and critical dates by maintaining comprehensive tracking systems Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Support and enhance departmental processes and systems The Offer The company offers a competitive remuneration package, a comprehensive benefits package, generous vacation allotment, fantastic company perks and more! What You Bring 8+ years of progressive experience in a senior Real Estate Law Clerk, real estate legal administration, or comparable role, with experience supporting complex residential and/or commercial real estate transactions.

Post-secondary diploma or degree in Law Clerk,



Legal Services, Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Land Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Advanced knowledge of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, land development, due diligence, title searches, Land Titles registrations, and closings.

Robust experience drafting, reviewing, interpreting, and administering real estate and development-related agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, leases, easements, subdivision and site plan agreements, and municipal/development agreements.

Proficiency with Ontario land registry and real estate systems, including Teranet and Geo

Warehouse, with experience conducting title searches, verifying ownership, reviewing parcel information, and supporting due diligence.

Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex transactions, competing priorities, contractual obligations, and tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with document management, CRM, e-signature, and project management platforms.

Experience coordinating with legal counsel, senior leadership, municipalities, builders, consultants, and other stakeholders is an asset.
