Our financial services client is seeking a Intelligent Automation Developer to design and build agentic AI and automation solutions using UiPath, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry Join a forward-looking team driving the transformation from traditional robotic process automation to intelligent, agentic automation within a leading financial organization.

This role focuses on developing end-to-end solutions using UiPath, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry to enhance efficiency and enable advanced automation across enterprise functions.

The position offers a chance to lead impactful automation initiatives combining AI, integrations, and human-in-the-loop processes.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, Working Hours: EST Must Haves Proven development in AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio , Azure AI Foundry , or equivalent agentic platforms 1-2 years of advanced hands-on experience with UiPath and Intelligent Automation platforms Practical application of prompt engineering , retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) , and responsible AI principles Experience designing Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows for AI-enabled automation Post-secondary education in computer science, engineering,



or a related technical discipline Nice to Have UiPath Solution Architect or UiPath Advanced Developer Certification Experience in both business analysis and software development roles Certifications in Microsoft AI, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, or Power Platform Exposure to Responsible AI, AI governance, and AI operationalization Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise agentic process automation solutions integrating AI agents , RPA, and enterprise systems Build scalable, secure, and supportable automation and AI solutions aligned with business needs Partner with stakeholders to identify and define automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical designs Develop and maintain solutions using UiPath , Microsoft Power Platform , Copilot Studio , and Azure AI Foundry Create and manage documentation such as solution designs, runbooks, and support procedures Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and AI teams to ensure reliable operation and integration of automation solutions Provide technical guidance, reviews, and mentorship within the automation development team
