In this supervisory role, you will coordinate staff activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You’ll leverage your problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge to provide operational support while mentoring your team for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities of operational staff
• Monitor regulatory reporting and plant operations




• Provide troubleshooting and technical guidance
• Conduct evaluations and support staff training
• Manage inventory control and maintenance requests
Requirements:
• Level III Wastewater Treatment Operator Certification
• Previous supervisory experience in operations
• Lift up to 25 kg (55 lb)
• Intermediate mechanical knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
