About the Role Managing a wide-ranging portfolio of commercial litigation matters, including debt collection, creditor remedies, and enforcement proceedings.

Handling litigation matters throughout the dispute resolution process, including applications, motions, discoveries, and trials.

Advising clients on complex disputes involving insolvency, bankruptcy, fraud, and recovery strategies.

Preparing and reviewing a range of litigation materials, including pleadings, affidavits, motion materials, and settlement documentation.

Maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients while providing practical and commercially focused legal advice.

What You Bring 5+ years of post-call experience practicing commercial litigation.

Experience with debt recovery, creditor remedies, enforcement, insolvency, or related commercial disputes is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage litigation files and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.

Robust legal writing, research, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.

Excellent interpersonal and client service abilities. A practical, business-minded approach to problem-solving.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented working style.

Strong academic background and professional standing.
