About the Role We''re seeking a Family Law Legal Assistant to support a team of three lawyers in family law and commercial litigation.
Working alongside a senior paralegal, you''ll manage the full spectrum of litigation administration from court filings and document preparation to client communication and file management.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can prioritize competing demands, and takes ownership of their work.
You''ll be integral to the team''s success, ensuring matters progress smoothly from inception through resolution.
The Offer Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.

What You Bring 1+ years of experience working in Family Law.
Working knowledge of court procedures, forms, and litigation processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word and Excel.
Experience with legal software (PC Law, Net
Docs, iPro Eclipse) is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Resourcefulness and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience preparing court documents, scheduling hearings, conducting searches, and managing legal accounting functions.
