As we continue to grow we are looking to add a Regional Director to the Scandi Family! You will be overseeing a portfolio of 34Walmart sites across New

Brunswick,Nova

Scotia, Prince

Edward

Island.

Travel will include 3 to 4 days a week at minimumand occasional (up to twice a month, as required) .

Business hours are Monday to Friday 6am - 2:30pm with flexibility needed as business needs fluctuate.

When not on the road visiting sites, you are welcome to work from the comfort of your own home.

What your day to day will look like: Reporting into (enter Supervisor) and directly managing (enter number of ee''s supervising and their locations).





Lead all operational activity within your region through ensuring deadlines are met, developing preventative maintenance methods, building new and improved performance methods and enhanced cleaning techniques and skills Communicate with your team to maintain company policies and KPI''s and to resolve any performance issues Build strong relationships with clients by responding promptly to concerns and conducting regular check ins Lead the set up of new accounts and ensure contract terms are maintained for existing accounts Travel 60% locally within the region and up to 10% to a larger region What you''ll need to succeed: Traveling throughout the region is a daily part of the position so a valid drivers license in good standing is required.

Must have 5 years managerial/ leadership experience with mid-senior level direct reports Business finance experience including budgeting and forecasting along with the ability to engage and motivate a team Post secondary education in business or project management is preferred Previous experience in the janitorial field is preferred Additional Job Details: Must be available 24/7 in case of emergency or client needs iPad, Cell Phone and Computer provided Company vehicle and fuel card provided Our interview process: 20 minute preliminary phone interview with our Recruiter 40 minute to an hour assessment (soft skills and personality) 30 minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor for the role At Scandinavian Building Services we are an equal chance employer who values a diverse workplace.
