Job Description Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to load and unload inbound and outbound trailers.

Load and unload freight from local Pickup and Delivery (P&D;) units.

Accurately document any overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D;) in accordance with company procedures.

Reweigh and cube freight as required.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock and yard area, ensuring it is free of debris.

Perform some heavy lifting as needed to move and handle freight.

Assist customers with freight pick-ups and drop-offs in a professional and courteous manner.

Perform general cleaning duties for the dock and trailers.

Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Demonstrate flexibility to work afternoon and night shifts when operational needs require.

Qualifications Proven experience operating a forklift.





Excellent punctuality and attendance are an asset.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with customers.
