About This Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Employee Experience Lead to coordinate and deliver ERP communications, training, and change support across key systems and processes, as we work to implement WorkDay as our ERP system. You’ll be the go-to person for making transitions smooth, clear, and effective - helping employees understand and adopt new tools, policies, and workflows.

What You'll Be Doing

Change Management Execution

- Lead change activities for HR system/process rollouts (e.g., ERP, HRIS).Enterprise Systems
- Collaborates with the ERP project team and other stakeholders to ensure that P&C; communications and change initiatives are aligned with overall project goals.
- Conduct impact assessments and readiness surveys.
- Track adoption metrics and follow up with teams to close gaps.
- Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to support change adoption.
- Create and maintain change agent networks across departments to support peer-to-peer engagement.
- Develop and manage post-implementation support plans to reinforce adoption and address lingering issues.

People and Culture Communications

- Develop and distribute employee-facing materials: newsletters, FAQs, intranet updates.
- Maintain People & Culture content libraries and ensure messaging is timely and accurate.
- Coach People Leaders on how to communicate changes to their teams.
- Build and manage a centralized P&C; communications calendar to align messaging across initiatives.

Training Coordination

- Design and deliver training materials for the HRIS ERP and processes.
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions; manage attendance and follow-up.
- Maintain job aids,



quick reference guides, and onboarding content.
- Collect feedback and improve training effectiveness.
- Develop microlearning modules and self-serve resources for just-in-time learning.
- Track training completion rates and generate reports for compliance and leadership review.

Project Support

- Maintain project plans and task trackers for People and Culture initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
- Support testing and rollout of People and Culture systems and tools.
- Troubleshoot issues with IT, and P&CPeople; & Culture, and Finance to ensure smooth delivery.
- Document lessons learned and contribute to post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
- Assist with vendor coordination for external training or system support.

Employee Experience Improvements

- Identify and improve key touchpoints in the employee lifecycle.
- Monitor feedback channels and escalate recurring issues.
- Recommend enhancements to P&C; processes based on employee insights.
- Conduct employee journey mapping exercises to visualize and improve experience across stages.
- Support engagement surveys and analyze results to inform experience improvements.

What You Bring

- 4 to 6 years in P&C;/HR, change management, training, communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or combination of education and experience.
- Experience using and supporting HRIS system rollouts like Workday implementations and post-go live and process changes.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is an asset.
- Adult learning or instructional design certification is a plus.
- Experience HRIS system rollouts like Workday and process changes.
- Strong writing, facilitation, and coordination skills.
- Experience with tools like Asana, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is a plus.

Salary Range $101,459.00 - $113,883.00
