A well-established organization is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Project Manager. The successful candidate will lead organization-wide improvement initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of safety programs, operating standards, and risk-management practices.

The Role The Environmental, Health and Safety Project Manager will lead projects that improve organizational safety performance and support the execution of strategic EHS priorities. This individual will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate improvement opportunities into practical, sustainable initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and delivery of strategic EHS and operational-improvement projects from initial scoping through implementation and transition to business ownership.
- Evaluate performance trends, audit results, operational feedback, and risk information to identify improvement opportunities and develop project recommendations.
- Establish project plans, milestones, resource requirements, implementation approaches,



and measures of success.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to maintain alignment, address barriers, and support the timely completion of key deliverables.
- Support the rollout of new processes, standards, tools, and improvement initiatives.
- Help embed sustainable continuous-improvement practices across EHS and operational teams.
- Ensure project outcomes are practical, measurable, and aligned with broader organizational priorities.

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Project Management, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of project-management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables across the full project lifecycle.
- Solid organizational, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
