In this remote, flexible role, you will design realistic HR scenarios — employee-relations cases, policy questions, talent decisions — that test an AI model’s ability to reason through people matters with care and accuracy.

Responsibilities

- Develop HR case studies, policy scenarios, and employee-relations exercises that challenge AI models




- Evaluate and validate model responses for accuracy, fairness, and practical judgment
- Collaborate with HR and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and coverage

Required Qualifications

- Professional experience in human resources or people operations
- Working knowledge of employment practices and HR policy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- PHR, SHRM-CP, or comparable certification
- Experience across multiple HR functions (ER, comp, recruiting, L&D;)
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus
