Job Description The Junior Foreman''s main role is to do all things needed to support the safety, service and KPI''s of the Winnipeg Terminal.

This is done by being a leader on the dock floor in support of the direction of the Dock Foreman The Junior Foreman also covers the Foreman for illness and vacation etc.

Mostly Monday to Friday; shift starts at 11:00 AM To 8:30 PMsome weekends when needed. 9-hour shifts Loading/Unloading/Cross Docking Freight/ Leading/Supporting/Coordinating Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Knowledge of the City of Winnipeg and surrounding rural towns-ability to plan a delivery run.

Leadership skills can clearly set expectations and assign tasks with company safety targets and service targets in mind.
