Responsibilities As a key member of our team, you will: Lead the development of propulsion system control and calibration strategies.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Utilize your expertise in engine systems development, calibration, and FE/emissions testing.

Deliver individual technical project outcomes and coordinate project activities.

Requirements Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Systems Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related STEM field from an ABET accredited university. 1-5 years of experience in engine system controls/calibration development.





Proven technical leadership in propulsion system control and calibration projects.

Knowledge of internal combustion engine physics, regulatory requirements, and OBD.

Proficiency in control algorithm development methods.

Robust problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.

Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to teach, lead, and inspire.

Preferences Experience in hybrid controls.

Familiarity with fast-paced work environments.
