Youll: Present treatment plans in a way that is clear,



comfortable and easy for patients to understand Build relationships and help patients feel confident about their treatment decisions Discuss treatment fees and help patients understand their financial options Navigate insurance coverage and follow up with insurance companies Follow up with patients regarding recommended and outstanding treatment Coordinate more comprehensive cases, including implants, Invisalign, sedation and general anaesthetic Work closely with our dentists and clinical team to keep everything running smoothly Help create the kind of patient experience that keeps people coming back and referring their friends and family! Who Were Looking For Were hoping to find someone with solid dental experience who understands that being a great Treatment Coordinator is about much more than presenting a treatment plan.

Youre someone who is: Experienced in dental treatment coordination Warm, confident and comfortable connecting with all kinds of patients An excellent communicator who can explain dentistry without making it feel overwhelming Organized, proactive and great at following through Comfortable discussing treatment fees and insurance Positive, professional and a genuine team player Familiar with dental terminology and procedures Someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience A Dental Assistant background would be a definite asset, and experience with Curve Software and/or Abeldent is also an advantage.
