This is a highly collaborative and customer-facing role where you''ll manage orders from receipt through fulfillment while serving as a key liaison between customers, Sales, Production, Distribution, and Supply Chain teams.

and delivery challenges Problem Resolution Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, returns, billing concerns, and delivery issues Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions Escalate issues where required while maintaining excellent customer service Process Improvement & Reporting Support continuous improvement initiatives within customer service operations Complete month-end reporting and administrative activities Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and training requirements Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members when required Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role Experience with end-to-end order management is strongly preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is considered an asset Strong customer service and relationship management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities Cooperative team player with a proactive approach Experience with SAP, Salesforce, iBuy, or similar ERP/CRM systems is preferred Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Ready to take the next step in your customer service career?
