We are looking for a warm, engaging, and experienced nanny for our sweet 21-month-old son.

Our ideal caregiver genuinely enjoys toddlers, brings creativity and energy to play, and values meaningful connection over simply supervising. We are seeking someone who understands child development and can foster shared engagement, communication, and joyful interactions throughout the day.

What We're Looking For: Experience working with toddlers (experience with speech-language development, early intervention, or autism is a plus)

Creative and playful personality with ideas for games, sensory activities, books, songs, and imaginative play

Focus on meaningful shared interactions and joint play rather than passive entertainment

Ability to naturally incorporate speech and language opportunities into everyday routines and play

Understanding of toddler temperament and stranger anxiety,



with the ability to know when to step back and when to gently engage

Patient, responsive, and comfortable following our child's lead

Schedule: Minimum 2 days per week

Up to approximately 5 hours per day

Adaptable scheduling for the right fit

Responsibilities: Engaging and caring for our son primarily within our home and backyard

Preparing one or two simple meal or snack during each shift
Supporting play, communication, and daily routines

Light clean-up related to the child
